- Door controller to be stand alone or tied to system

- Conditions (Salt water, coal dust)
- Wind load requirements
Structure
- New build or existing structure
- Building construction (Wood, steel, brick)
- Building dimensions
- Opening size, clearance width and height
- Overall height and any obstructions
- Power access/electrical voltage available
